Audio podcasts of Infectious Radio and Going Live with Billy Moses have been put on an abrupt hold by recommendation from the attorney representing Northern Nine Entertainment, and WJPM Productions. We hope to have the situation solved as soon as possible. Though we can’t go into detail about the situation, the radio station in New York, Z100, WHTZ who is in charge of adding our podcast to iTunes and other third-party media is aware of the situation, and is in support of the hold for the protecting of a minor that is involved. When the situation has been put to rest we will add the show to our RSS feed as we do normally. Full services of our podcast will be restored on or before February 1st, 2010.
